A new annual study has revealed the happiest states in America for 2024, and the results might surprise you! The ranking is based on 30 different factors, including emotional and physical health, career satisfaction, unemployment rates, life expectancy, depression levels, sleep quality, and even the weather.

So, who came out on top? Here are the 10 happiest states in the U.S.:

10. Massachusetts

On the flip side, these states landed at the bottom of the happiness scale:
