Veterans Day – Honoring All Who Served
Below is a list of local and national businesses offering FREE meals/services or discounts, as a sign of their appreciation for your service.
Applebee’s — Veterans and active-duty military receive a free meal when dining in from a special menu on November 11. And when dining in on November 11, military guests will receive a $5 bounce back card to redeem for dine-in, To Go or delivery within three weeks.
BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse — On November 11, current and former military members receive a free entrée from a select menu. Dine-in only.
Bob Evans — Veterans and active-duty military get a free meal from a select menu on November 11. Dine-in only.
Buffalo Wild Wings — Veterans and active-duty service members get a free order of 10 boneless wings and fries on November 11. The offer is available for dine-in or takeout (online ordering excluded).
Chili’s — Veterans and active-duty service members get a free meal from a select menu on November 11. Available for in-restaurant only.
Denny’s — Veterans and active military personnel get a free Build Your Own Grand Slam on November 11, from 5 a.m. to noon. Dine-in only.
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit — Veterans and active-duty military get a Free Pulled Pork Sandwich on November 11. Valid in-store, and online/app for carryout.
Dunkin’ Donuts — On November 11, veterans and active-duty military receive a free donut at participating locations. Offer available in-store only.
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill — Dine with a veteran or active-duty service member on November 11 at participating locations and their meal is free. Dine-in only.
Food Lion — Active-duty military personnel and veterans save 10% on their in-store shopping purchase total before taxes on November 11. Show your military ID and MVP Card at checkout.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers — Veterans and current military personnel get a card for a free Freddy’s Original Double combo meal on November 11 that can be used until November 30, 2021.
Golden Corral — Golden Corral is hosting their Military Appreciation Night on November 14 from 5pm to close. This includes a free “thank you” meal when dining in.
Great Clips – On November 11, veterans and active service members can go into any U.S. Great Clips salon and get a free haircut or a free haircut card for a future visit. In addition, non-military customers who get a haircut on Veterans Day will also have the opportunity to pay it forward. They can receive a free haircut card to give to an active service member or veteran that can be redeemed for a free haircut from November 12 through December 9.
Hooters — Active-duty military and veterans get a free entrée from the Hooters Veterans Day Menu with purchase of a beverage on November 11. Dine-in only.
IHOP — Veterans and active-duty military get free Red, White & Blueberry Pancakes at participating locations on November 11. Dine-in only.
Joe’s Crab Shack — Veterans get 20% off their meal when they dine-in on November 11.
Kohl’s — Veterans, active and former military personnel, and their immediate families get 30% off in-store purchases from November 11 through 13.
Krispy Kreme — Veterans get a free coffee and doughnut of choice on November 11 at participating locations. Offer is available in-shop and drive thru only.
Little Caesars — Veterans and active-duty military get a free Lunch Combo at participating stores on November 11, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Logan’s Roadhouse — Veterans and active-duty military personnel can enjoy a free meal between 3 and 6 p.m. from a special menu at participating locations on November 11.
McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurants — Veterans, National Guard, Gold Star parents and Gold Star Spouses can enjoy a select half priced entrée on November 7. Reservations are strongly recommended.
Metro Diner — Veterans and active-duty military receive 50% off a meal on November 11.
Mission BBQ — Veterans and active-duty military get a free sandwich on November 11.
O’Charley’s – Veterans and active-duty military get a free meal when you dine in on November 11 at participating locations.
Outback Steakhouse — Veterans, active-duty service members and spouses get a free Bloomin’ Onion with any Coca-Cola beverage on November 11.
Publix — Veterans and active-duty military personnel get a 10% discount on groceries on November 11.
Rack Room Shoes — Military personnel and their dependents get a 20% discount off their entire purchase in store on November 11.
Red Lobster — Veterans, active-duty military and reservists get a free appetizer or dessert from a special menu on November 11. Dine-in only.
Red Robin – Veterans and active-duty military who are Red Robin Royalty members can redeem a free Red’s Tavern Double Burger with Bottomless Steak Fries November 1 through November 14 for dine-in or to-go. You must register for Red Robin’s Royalty Program with military designation by Monday, November 1.
Ruby Tuesday — Veterans and active-duty military get a free Garden Bar entree at participating locations on November 11.
Sheetz — On November 11, Sheetz offers veterans and active-duty military personnel a free half turkey or ham sub and a regular size fountain drink. Sheetz will also provide a free car wash to veterans and active-duty military.
Sleep Number — Active-duty military and veterans receive 20% off most Sleep Number 360® smart beds, all bases, and most bedding purchases. This offer is valid November 1 through 14.
Starbucks — Veterans, military service members and military spouses get a free tall (12-oz) hot brewed coffee at participating stores on November 11.
Target— Target is offering a 10% military discount from October 30 through November 12 to all active-duty military personnel, veterans and their families. The discount can be used on two separate transactions and applies to all in-basket items, online and in-store.
Texas Roadhouse — Texas Roadhouse will hand out dinner vouchers at the stores’ parking lots on November 11, from 11am to 2pm. Veterans and active-duty military can redeem their dinner vouchers when the restaurant opens for dinner, through May 30, 2022.
TGI Fridays — Veterans and active-duty military personnel get a free lunch on November 11 from 11am to 2pm from a select menu at participating locations. In-restaurant only.
Walgreens— On November 11 through 14, veterans, active-duty military and their families receive 20% off regular price eligible store items at any Walgreens or Duane Reade drugstore nationwide.
Wawa — Veterans, active-duty military members, and their family members get a free cup of hot coffee on November 11.
Wendy’s — Active-duty military and veterans get a free breakfast combo on November 11 at participating locations from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m.
