Collecting canned and boxed food and personal hygiene items for the Food Pantry at the event.

The annual Easter Egg Hunt features three separate egg hunts. Birth to 3 years will be at 2pm, 4 to 7 years will be at 2:30pm, and 8-11 years will be at 3:30pm. 2nd Annual High School Innovation Challenge
@University of Mary Washington (Dahlgren Campus)
Students from 22 schools, comprising 25 teams, will program robots to infiltrate hostile territory from the sea and navigate a challenging environment to recover a piece of gear that is critical to national security during a simulated exercise called a Special Technical Object Recovery Mission (STORM).

Beeping Egg Hunt
@Gari Melcher Home and Studio
Specially designed plastic eggs, which were made and donated by the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators volunteers, emit a chirping sound that allows children to retrieve them using their hearing. Sighted siblings are encouraged to participate by wearing a blindfold. The event also includes a petting zoo, a Touch a Tractor station, sensory activities, plus verbal descriptions, and touch tours in the art gallery. RSVP by Friday, March 31.
