Jim's South St. is finally reopening!

If you’re from Philadelphia or if you’ve visited there then you know that they are serious about their cheesesteaks. Here is the history about Jim’s South St. Sadly they had a horrible fire back in 2022 and it shut them down. But I’m happy to announce that they rebuilt a bigger and better restaurant. It will be reopening in May.

Several years ago my husband, Nathan and I went Philly for the day. We asked a friend who is a Philly native where did the locals go for cheesesteaks and she told us Jim’s South St. We explored the town. After seeing the Liberty Bell we looked at the map and saw we weren’t too far from Jim’s South St. We decided to walk there and we are glad we did. It was a nice walk and we stopped at other shops along the way.

Jim’s South St. was crazy busy. But the line moved quick.
